Submission period: October 19 – November 23, 2025
Haiku: Each applicant is allowed to submit one haiku (written personally, not previously published in any form, not submitted anywhere). Multiply submissions will not be accepted. Submission is accepted only via the online entry form – the link is available at the bottom of this page.
Language: English
Theme: any
Style: with kigo (in accordance with the seasons at the applicants northern or southern hemisphere location ; three lines, within the 5-7-5 syllable pattern, no strict syllable count)

Pre-selector: Krzysztof Kokot – Honorary Member of the Polish Haiku Association
Results: up to December 31, 2025
Prizes: diplomas and gifts for 1st (one haiku), 2nd (one haiku) and 3rd prize (one haiku), diplomas for commendations (up to ten haiku)

Note: Accessing the competition is tantamount to consenting to the processing of the participant’s personal data for the purposes necessary to organize and conduct the competition and with the consent of the authors of the awarded and commended haiku for publication on the internet site psh.org.pl. Expressing consent is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the competition in accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws from 2018, item 1000) and in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The administrator of personal data is the Polish Haiku Association, ul. Kacza 6 m. 65, 01-013 Warsaw.
